My Contributions

As producer, I was in charge of assigning tasks and managing production workflows using the
Kanban method. The latter half of production was completed entirely remotely during the COVID-19 quarantine of 2020.

Other tasks I completed while working on this game includes designing the environment, player animations, and prop modeling.

My Lessons

Being my first large-scale game production project, I initially struggled with leading my team due to my passive nature. Team conflicts would slowly grow when I tried to use a bandaid solution instead of stepping back to determine the root cause of the problem, which was often miscommunication.

If I had a chance to do this project again:
I would have reduced the additional roles that I picked up to focus on production and created comprehensive schedules and back up plans.
